Women's empowerment is the process of enabling women to make crucial decisions for their own personal advancement. It aims to empower women by fostering their independence in all spheres of life, including the ability to think for themselves and make decisions without taking social norms into account. By empowering women, we can create a society where men and women are treated equally in all spheres of life. Women are crucial to a nation's future prosperity, society, and family life. Women weren't treated equally to males in ancient times. Giving women the same status as males is therefore essential to the growth of a nation.

It is crucial for a nation's social and economic progress. Women play a significant role in the economy and as food providers. Nation-state stability, advancement, and long-term growth have all been made possible by the central position of women in society throughout history. Women are still largely underutilized as workers and talent sources. A woman is more likely to discover employment chances the more educated she is. The advancement of society depends on women's emancipation. Empowering women economically is essential to achieving gender equality. For women and men to equally engage in a productive life, it is necessary that decision-making and access to resources are unrestricted.

Eliminating early marriages, which is a frequent practice in villages, is another way we can empower women. They need to be provided the tools to defend themselves in the event of financial crises through a variety of initiatives. The stigma of abuse and divorce must most crucially be forgotten. Since they are afraid of society, many women continue to be in violent relationships. Daughters must learn from their parents that it is OK to return home after divorces rather than in a casket.

True women's empowerment won't come about until society as a whole changes its attitude toward women and treats them with the respect, dignity, and equality they deserve.
